ISMC Vendor's Requirements
Certificate of Liablility Insurance Submission Procedures
Step 1; Have your policy number available.
Step 2: Call you insurance provider.
Step 3; Request a "Certificate of Liability Insurance."
Step 4; Request a "Certificate to be Automatic Annual Renewal " (if possible).
Certificate Type 1; Various Jobs. The certificate will be valid for all different job sites with us. Ask for; Los Angeles, Ventura, San Bernardino, Riverside Counties.
Certificate Type 2; Single Job Certificate. The certificate will be valid for only that job. Tell the specific job you are performing, i.e., framing, stucco etc?
ISMC prefers the Certificate Type 1
Step 5; Give Name "ISMC."
