Becoming a accredited Vendor with Wells Fargo Bank require extensive background checks and Experience. In order for Wells Fargo Bank to allow you to use their funds as a loan for your construction purposes, your contactor must be accepted as a Approved Contractor or Wells Fargo Bank will not continue with the construction project. ISMC will be able to become an Approved Vendor with any Lending Institution, (Bank of America, Wells Fargo Bank, Chase Bank etc...).
